Yiamas is hands down the liveliest and most fun restaurant in the area! If you're looking for a dining experience that's more than just a meal, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is vibrant and full of energy, especially on Saturdays when the Greek party takes over. Throughout dinner, you're treated to entertaining acts that bring a touch of Greek tradition right to your table. But the real fun begins after dinner when the restaurant transforms into a full-blown Greek party. There’s dancing, music, and an infectious sense of joy that fills the entire space—it’s impossible not to get swept up in the excitement. The set menu offers a great selection of authentic Greek dishes, all at excellent value for money. Every dish we tried was flavorful and generously portioned, perfect for sharing or savoring on your own. If you're in the mood for a lively night out with fantastic food and an unforgettable atmosphere, Yiamas is the place to go. The Saturday night Greek party alone is worth the visit—I can't recommend it enough! We’ve been recommending it to all our friends and family since.
Amazing Greek restaurant, the food was delicious and the staff really attentive. We came on a quiet night for a birthday but they also have lively entertainment on the weekends.
Huge Greek restaurant with large car park bright and roomy dining area and excellent staff. The Hummus was excellent, great consistency, delicious flavour and good sized portion. I would give that 4-5 stars. The dessert i had was yoghurt with honey nuts fruit and again was yummy. That i would also give 4-5 stars. The problem was the kleftico. Instead of being fall off the bone melt in your mouth tender it was a 3 submissions, half Nelson, necklock wrestle off the bone. The sauce and mash were scrumptious but the lamb had simply been roasted instead of slow cooked. The fat had not rendered and the meat was chewy. Such a shame. However, saying that there was no quibble when I complained and I didn't even have to ask for adjustment on the bill. Maybe I had bad luck. Will have to try again cos the impression given is much better and the service was very good
Visited Yiamas for Sunday lunch. Was warmly welcomed to the table and drinks orders were taken almost immediately. Ordered from the set menu. Food arrived in reasonable time fresh and hot and was very tasty. Staff members serving us were always polite and the waiter was very attentive. Would definitely recommend visiting here as the food is delicious with good service.
